I can't log in to the library database. I entered both my LBCC ID number and last name.

If you are having trouble logging on to the Library databases, please verify that you are inputting your last name exactly how it appears in the Viking Student System. To check, please go to https://caccl-lbcc.primo.exlibrisgroup.com/discovery/search?vid=01CACCL_LBCC:LBCC and click the “sign in” link in the top right hand corner of the page.
If you are entering the correct information and still unable to log in, please try clearing your cache/cookies, using a different browser, or using an incognito browser. Please view instructions under the EzProxy Error Message.

What to include in your email for help:
- First and Last name along with your Viking ID number
- A brief description of your problem
- Type of computer
- Type of internet browser
- URL of database trying to access
- Screenshot of error messages
